This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:
Check-In: 2:00 PM
Check-Out: 10:00 AM
Late Check-out Hour: 12:00 PM
Late Check-out Fees: $60.00
Late check-out (after 10:00 AM and before 12:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancellation Policies :
Full Charge - Full Stay - If cancelled within 3 days of arrival
Terms and Conditions
- Payments - Full prepayment will be taken upon confirmation of booking.
- Arrival/Departure - Check in 2pm, Check out 10am. Late check-out available upon request.
- No Show Policy - Failure to arrive on the date specified will result in cancellation of your booking and the issue of a refund will be at the managers discretion.
- Smoking - Oxford on Otho is 100% smoke free. Failure to comply will result in a penalty charge.
- Parking - Parking is available at the front and rear of the building. A large public carpark is available at the rear of the building. Parking at the front of the building along Otho Street is determined by local council regulations. Please read signage.
- Noise - We ask that you please respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
- Pets - With the exception of registered guide dogs we are unable to accommodate any pets or animals.
- Additional Persons - We are able to accomodate for additional persons in some rooms. Please indicate on booking if there are any additional persons so we can charge accordingly.
- Children - Children under 2 years of age stay free. Portacots and associated linens are available for use upon request.
- Accessibility - An elevator is located in the front foyer to transport guests to all levels of the building. Room 5 has been built according to accessibility regulations and is custom built to accomodate for guests requiring accessibility aides.
- Communication & Privacy - Your personal information will never be recorded without your permission. We will never use retained information for any other purpose than identification and statistical purposes, nor provide it to any other party without your prior permission, except where legally obliged to. All information is positively confidential.
