    01Will I receive a booking confirmation?

    Once you’re booking is complete you’ll receive instant confirmation via email. You’ll also receive your self guided check-in instructions. Additionally, you will also receive an automated text message at 1:30pm on the day of arrival arrival, with your room number and door code.

    Yes we have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Let us know at least 3 days prior to arrival for a full refund, full charge applies after this period. If in doubt, give reception a call to discuss.

    All major payment methods are accepted by our booking platform. 

    Check in is from 2pm. Keep an eye on your emails after booking for one from us which will include details of how to enter the building and your room.

    Checkout before 10am. Late checkout available on request for a small fee.

    Just leave anything that doesn’t belong to you in your room and walk on out.

    Yes, payments are secured and encrypted using Newbook Online. Oxford on Otho does not store your payment information directly.

    Access to the public car park is available from Campbell Street and a short stroll around the corner will land you at the front foyer door.

    You can also park along Otho Street at the front of the building. This area is well-lit with numerous security cameras. There is “loosely” regulated parking here but we can’t control local council regulations.

    Check signs before putting it in park.

    Please take note of which common areas are currently open for your enjoyment.

    Front verandah: OPEN to specific guests only

    Rear verandah: CLOSED for construction

    Laundry: OPEN

    Kitchenette: OPEN due to be renovated

    Mezzanine: OPEN

    Reception is managed remotely, but we’re only 5 minutes away if need be, and available via phone at any time.

    This means Oxford on Otho is contactless check-in and check-out. Payment is required upon booking.
